Updated 23 September 2026. This notice explains the information collected when you use the Owleyes website, Digital Audit and Solution Hub.

Information you give us

The Digital Audit asks for your name, work email, phone number and answers about your business. The Solution Hub asks for your email address when you unlock an interactive example, along with the example you chose. We use this information to provide the requested result or access and respond to your enquiry. Audit scoring runs in your browser.

Submitted details are saved in our Google Leads Sheet. A lead notification may also be sent to the Owleyes business inbox. If you contact us through WhatsApp or LinkedIn, those services process your interaction under their own privacy terms.

We keep enquiry details while they are needed to respond and manage the enquiry. You can contact us to request access to or deletion of your submitted details.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and actions such as starting the Audit, viewing a solution, and successfully saving a lead. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. We do not send the name, email, phone number or Audit answers you enter to Google Analytics. Analytics is off until you accept it, and declining does not block the website or forms.

Your choice and contact

You can disable optional analytics here. This stops future Owleyes analytics events in this browser and removes available first-party Google Analytics cookies. To change a declined choice to accepted, clear this site's stored data and choose again when the prompt appears.
